The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality project interventions through effective coordination, partnership management, compliance oversight, and quality assurance. As implementation is carried out entirely by local partners, the PC will serve as the primary liaison to coordinate partner organizations, strengthening institutional capacities, and guiding interventions on safe migration and access to justice. Acting as the thematic focal point for safe migration, the PC will advance sustainable migration systems and uphold program standards. This position is critical in supporting partners in achieving project objectives, meeting donor compliance requirements, and maintaining the organization’s commitment to accountability, equity, and impact. Under the supervision of the Project Director of SIMS Project, the PC will oversee program implementation, coordinate with implementing partners, monitor budgets, and manage MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) processes to ensure quality outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining stakeholder networks, enhancing project visibility, representing the organization in relevant forums, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and communication.

A national employment contract up to up to 31 March 2028 with a high possibility of extension based on performance and fund availability.
We will offer a monthly consolidated salary in the range of BDT 220,308 – 319,811/- CTC (may vary based on experience and current remuneration), along with other admissible benefits, such as Mobile Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Seniority Bonus, Medical Insurance with health and life coverage, Annual leave of 25 days, Sick leave of 15 days and excellent opportunities for professional development.
This position requires frequent travel (30%) to the project locations and direct engagement with project implementation.
